Chocolate Cookbooks Galore
This page contains a list of cookbooks that either have chocolate as a main topic or have a significant number of chocolate recipes. From fudge to brownies to truffles to souffle, these cookbooks have it all.
At Cocopedia, it is our goal to read everything that has ever been printed about chocolate. As part of that effort, we are in the process of reviewing the cookbooks listed here (the first book on our list is Chocolate Obsession: Confections and Treats to Create and Savor by Michael Recchiuti and Fran Gage). Once we have tested the recipes, examined the photographs, and perused the instructions, we will write reviews that can help you decide whether or not a particular book is right for you.
